Anton Deyß is a musician and photographer from Hamburg. Born in 2003, Anton Deyß grew up in Wentorf, a suburb of Hamburg, and began playing the guitar at the age of seven. In his youth, he developed an ever-growing love of photography and has devoted himself to both music and photography ever since. After graduating from high school, he spent a year in Berlin to prepare for university. He has been living and working in Hamburg again since summer 2022.
In his photographic work, he focuses primarily on the views and emotions of people and their surroundings. Whether landscape, portrait or street photography - his aim is to create an image of the moment. He uses his camera to document and curate his environment. Almost all of his photos are commissioned works for the respective artists.
The joint exhibition "Creative Minded - A Vibrant Future" at Zajadacz was his debut as an exhibiting photographer.
For me, a picture only has to contain one thing: the truth of the moment.
